Over 500 children and youth took part in the 8-th Festival of Russian Sports organized at the Secondary School # 271 in Moscow February 27–29, 2004. During the oppening ceremony the participants were addressed by Mr. Shirokov, member of Russian parliament (State Duma), by Zarafshan Yahyaev, school principal and by representatives of a few regions of the Russian Federation.
The festival started with the first Olympic Games of young peacemakers who have been represented by 8 teams of sportsmen from 4 administrative districts of Moscow.

Over 400 children and youth took part in Moscow Festival of Sports Feb.28 to March 1, 2003 devoted to the jubileum of UNTSO. At the oppening ceremony the participants were addressed by Mr. Shirokov, the deputy of Russian State Duma , by Zarafshan Yahyaev, school # 271 principal and by other members of the organizing Committee.

Over 100 children have successfuly passed the exams in phisical training according to the program "Young Peacemaker" in the course of the festival. For the details see the photoreport.
